End of Year Thoughts

Despite all of our differences, one thing is for certain: we all want to build a better world. The big pitfall is that no one can agree as to how we will get there. Most folks are too busy blaming all the woes of our times on “late-stage capitalism” or “cultural marxism” and arguing over which sociopath should be in office. I think we can all agree that we want to see a world where children aren’t starving in the streets or trafficked around the world for god knows what nefarious purposes. We want everyone to be given an equal chance to achieve their dreams and goals, and we want to hopefully relegate the term “ruling class” to the garbage disposal of history. We are not the propaganda we’ve consumed, and neither are those who we perceive to be in opposition of. We are all one human family, and we are all more alike than we think.

On partisanship:

When it comes to partisanship, I’ll keep it as short and sweet as possible. Both sides tend to overlook their party’s criticisms and inflate their perceived strengths. As an example, let’s look at the opposing stances toward law enforcement: On the right, they tend to overlook unwarranted police brutality and misconduct and on the left, they would apparently rather see UN troops patrolling our neighborhoods after local law enforcement is completely defunded. Both approaches ignore the prison industrial complex, its lobbyists, and the politicians (COUGH Joe Biden, Kamala Harris) who voted for policies targeting young black men in particular, remain unscathed. To a sane individual, capable of thinking outside of their tribalist programming, neither of these approaches are appropriate. Typically party lines neglect the reality of nuance and paint everything in black and white.

We need a two-party system to keep each other in check, but creating cult-of-personality around them has only ended in great division and interpersonal trauma. Instead, we must allow ourselves to veer in and out when appropriate. I used to be a staunch Democrat when I was a naive, idealistic, young moron, then an age came where I found myself defending conservatives frequently without becoming a jaded member of their ilk. Instead of taking a firm stance on either side of the fence, I adopted the things I liked from both parties, a-la the old Bruce Lee adage “Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own”.

Another reason being stuck on either side is troublesome is that the times will often demand that the country veer more one way than the other. Ideally, I like the faux promises of what modern “progressives” claim to stand for, but I vehemently disagree with them on the means by which we should achieve these goals. I would love to see a world where we can accept the tired, hungry, and poor of other nations; but I also understand the dangers that come with that in our current geopolitical paradigm. What many of the artsy-fartsy, hipster progressives fail to understand is that there are sharks in the mingling waters of liberalism and progressivism whose capacity for sociopathy and psychopathy makes even the Warhawk neocons look like school children by comparison.

Doctor Anthony Fauci, regarded as a paragon of public health and safety, was canonized by the ravenous adherents of corporate “scientism” as the patron saint of medical authority. What the poor suckers who buy this smut fail to realize is that a constant stream of negative press regarding the good doctor has been pooling up ever since he took on a more public role at the outset of COVID. Well now it appears that the dam keeping the bad press at bay is about to burst like an angry pimple in the wake of this most recent harrowing news: A bipartisan group of lawmakers is demanding answers from Fauci about his exceedingly cruel experiments on puppies.

The emerging and infectious diseases expert has been implicated in a series of taxpayer-funded experiments on Beagle puppies. According to White Coat Waste Project (a watch-dog group committed to putting the kibosh on experiments involving dogs, monkeys, cats and other animals) reported to Daily Caller that “44 beagles were used in the experiments conducted in Tunisian laboratory in North Africa. The tests were gruesome, some of the dogs reportedly had their vocal cords cut to stop the incessant barking. The group bringing the charges, White Coat Waste, noted that the Food and Drug Administration does not require drugs to be tested on dogs, so the group is asking why the need for such testing. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) is leading the congressional effort, joined by 14 Republicans and nine Democrats.

Poems for Autumn Series

Felt it stirring

What strange winds are blowing?
Such brooding commotion.
What eerie presence lurks
Beyond the realms of comprehension?
What whispers while we sleep
Urging us gently
To run wildly,
“Naked and beastial”
Into strange wilderness,
For the sake of an almighty something.

Recent rainfall,
Tippy tapping.
A melancholy metronome
With the timing and precision
of a junkie’s needle.

The cat on the fence,
Its hair standing on end.
The dead tree in the yard,
Its branch is scraping the window.
The moon in its distant perch
Clenching its teeth in excitement.
“Embark!” it howls “Embark!”
Oh moon, you know me well.
The narrow gates have opened
Pushed along by strange winds
In the Autumn of my youth
I was gently struck with purpose.

Kiss my Waxing Gibbous

Everybody wants to be a witch or a dope boy
Like demons ain’t right outside the door
Posted, while you ghosted on the most holy.
Momma said “Don’t shoot smack
or dabble in the dark arts.”
No lollygagging in the catacombs
“Just because you’re dead
Doesn’t mean that you’re enlightened.”
And just because you went to bed
Doesn’t mean that you’ll sleep

The universe chooses to experience itself
In the most ridiculous ways
And just as certain as you shall die
It’s all going to be groovy

From Devil Country:

I cared very little about my job. I had been making a meager living penning click-bait garbage for some godless online news rag that could have replaced me with a chimpanzee. The job was starting to get to me, everything I wrote was nausea inducing and contributing to the fall of western civilization. Headlines that would lower your IQ just by reading them, things like “21 Former Celebs who are now ugly” or “Why did this Politician Eat a Burrito Wrapped in a Diaper?”, and the occasional gem like “The 50 Best Simpsons Tattoos of all Time”.

I was at my wits end, I’d become something I hated and was living in a place that felt cursed. What was to become of me? Was I destined to become another shriveled up sidewalk worm, baked by the California sun like old Red? The difference would have been that Red didn’t seem too upset about his lot. It was a grim predicament but I remained determined to earn a living by writing, it seemed to me that there was no other recourse.

In those days the only joy I knew came from a Korean BBQ in the neighborhood, but even that wasn’t enough to keep the self-loathing at bay. The job was so awful it actually caused me to become interested in politics again. It seemed American politics produced an endless stream of filth worth writing about, and even the media’s best people were little more than well-spoken models, groomed and paid to deliver pre-approved talking points. Actual journalistic integrity didn’t seem to factor into the equation at all.

I always admired guys like Wolfe, Pulitzer, and Thompson, who were seemingly venerated for sharing their own personal takes on the times, so I figured why not try my hand? Nothing could be more embarrassing than what I was already doing, so what did a schmuck like me have to lose?

From Devil Country, run on thoughts before the 2016 Debates:

The only heading I had after dumping my old employer was to write about politics. I couldn’t put my finger on why exactly, but a still small voice within had been nagging me to make a go at it for years, so I got involved with a small-time centrist news blog to practice my chops and build a portfolio. My rite of initiation into political journalism was covering the 2016 Republican Debates, which proved to be as entertaining and brutal as a Jerry Springer rerun.

Now I have never been a fan of either party, my introduction into the American political tradition came about while I was in Middle School as a direct result of 9/11, so you could say I was fully inundated with anti-right propaganda before ever really knowing how rigged both sides of the political system were. Just like the the bulk of my drug addled millennial peers, I was too wrapped up in psychoactives and existential apathy to put much critical thought into the whole mess, it was far easier to default to “Republican bad, Democrat good”, but after living in a cesspool like Los Angeles I was able to see the gruesome consequences of so called “progressivism” first hand.

The term “progressive” itself is a rather dubious one if you ask me. It seems to imply that anyone who takes up the mantle is inherently heading in the right direction, after all who doesn’t like progress? What they don’t tell you is that this whole modern concept of progressivism is a well packaged lie that takes advantage of misplaced rage. It’s Cultural Marxism hiding in a chuck-e-cheese costume, and whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing I’ll leave up to the reader.

I’m sure openly criticizing those career politicians who wear the progressive mask is bound to whip some hardcore leftists into a homicidal frenzy, it’s a natural reaction when the faction somebody chooses to model their entire personality after is called into question. Hell, try telling a devout Roman catholic that the Vatican is corrupt to the bone and more often than not you’ll be chased by pitchfork wielding crusaders from here to holy water. The approach that’s always worked best for me is to remain skeptical of everyone, especially a politician you tend to agree with. At the same time, it’s good form to leave room in your heart for those you disagree with because at the end of the day we are still a bunch of animals trying to make sense of our ever evolving reality. These folks (the people not the politicians) who rally behind progressivism really just seem to want equality, they are just unaware that psychopaths have identified this trend and have capitalized on it. At least the warhawk neocons are upfront about being complete maniacs…

September 19th, 2021

I was sitting in a lukewarm bathtub, listening to a censored political report and thinking about all of the friends and acquaintances who now assume that I’ve lost my mind, when the word first came through. Special Prosecutor John Durham, who has been conducting an air tight investigation into the origins of the “Russian collusion” hoax for nearly 3 years now (and presumably much more), has emerged from the shadows to issue his second indictment since the probe began. John Durham is perhaps one of the most enigmatic and elusive characters in the seemingly endless “Patriots vs Deep-State” waltz. Durham has been described as a “Low-profile professional” and the label seems to be spot on since there hasn’t been so much as a silent fart from the man in all this time. It’s a stark contrast to DC establishment goons like Adam Schiff who has on many occasions intentionally leaked information to Big Media in an effort to drum up sensation, completely circumventing proper governmental processes.

Durham’s first major indictment in over a year targets none other than Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussman, but before we open that can of worms let’s take a jolly stroll down memory lane…

Hillary Clinton, just days before the 2016 election, made several provocative claims about her opponent. Clinton tweeted out on Halloween night that Donald Trump had a “secret server” he used to communicate privately with the Putin-tied AlphaBank. Naturally the press went buck wild with the hearsay as if it were an incontrovertible fact, giving the allegations wall-to-wall coverage. The witch hunt eventually fizzled out but the damage was done, even today there are still plenty of folks out there who believe the Russia collusion story is God’s honest truth despite the complete absence of evidence. Special counsel Robert Mueller probed and prodded for months only to eventually concede that he “did not find that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in these efforts, despite multiple efforts from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.”

Now we have the indictment of Michael Sussman, a cybersecurity lawyer for the Obama/Clinton cabal’s go-to law firm, Perkins Coie. Sussman was indicted for lying to the FBI about the source of the information that he gave to the bureau regarding the AlphaBank claims, and for essentially sending them on a wild goose chase for political purposes. Sussman provided an FBI general counsel three whitepapers and several datafiles allegedly containing evidence of the existence of the purported “secret server”. During the meeting, Sussman lied about the capacity in which he was providing the allegations to the FBI, stating falsely that he was not doing it for any client (Clinton) as a political advocate or paid operative but rather as a “good citizen”, merely “passing along information”. Despite Sussman’s attempt to paint himself as some kind of hero, the indictment claims he was in fact working at the behest of one “US tech executive” (intrigued to learn who this could be in reference to) and Hillary Clinton. The indictment goes so far as to state that this nameless tech executive “exploited his access to non-public data to conduct opposition research concerning Trump”.

The timing seems to line up with the imminent results of the Maricopa Arizona forensic election audit, which will likely reveal what half the country already knows; that the 2020 election was as rigged as the 1919 World Series.

September 13th, 2021

Days go by and the situation worsens, such is to be expected during the climax of the great American decay. The current regime of the pus-brain Muppet baby Joe Biden at least seems to be in trouble; they face a September 30th payments deadline that they simply cannot meet. There is a two-week grace period after the U.S. Corporation defaults, this means a repeat of the February 16th, 2020 market implosion is due on or around October 14th. This may explain why the U.S. Treasury Secretary and certified bog witch Janet Yellen is publicly warning the U.S. will default on its national debt in mid October. The real problem here is that you can never really tell whether or not this “trouble” is a part of a grander scheme. That’s the thing with geopolitics, everything is done covertly and intentionally obscured by the time the common folk receive the “news”.

To those who haven’t been paying close enough attention, the world is caught up in a power struggle between western sociopaths and eastern sociopaths. Joe Biden, who is typically a whore to the highest bidder, went crying to daddy Xi last week asking for more money and/or time as the payment deadline looms. When this failed, Angela Merkle (who is technically Biden’s senpai in the western political crime syndicate) called and was likely also told the money would only come if she vowed total obedience to China.  Here is how China’s official Global Times mouthpiece bragged about the conversation:

“The first phone conversation between the two leaders in seven months amid escalating tensions…which took place at the U.S.’ request, highlighted Washington’s growing anxiety and need for China’s cooperation on key global issues.”

China told Biden, the “U.S. should take actions to respect China’s basic interests, discard illusions of suppressing China,” and Xi Jinping “called on Washington to shoulder responsibilities to direct the ties back on the right track,” plus “the U.S. should take more action in correcting previous wrong deeds and respecting China’s basic interests, and not expecting China to cooperate while keeping it as an adversary.”  It also noted “the Biden administration is facing huge pressure domestically” so it must not “challenge, slander or even attempt to subvert the path and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.”

The Global Times further noted that “Hours after the Xi-Biden call, Xi also spoke to German Chancellor Angela Merkel” and ordered her “to urge the EU to adhere to the right policies on China.”

The “White House” responded by issuing the following statement:

“The two leaders discussed the responsibility of both nations to ensure competition does not veer into conflict.”

Are these global big-shots actually butting heads or is it all theatre and in the end all maniacs unite? As previously stated, it is well nigh impossible to understand what is really going on beyond the scenes without being directly involved, and even then everything is so compartmentalized that there is no way to get the ten thousand foot view. Leaving the people, as always, to do the greatest blasphemy of them all: to theorize about conspiracies.

September 9th, 2021

Inflation in the Biden/Harris era is an inescapable reality, but is it a result of the President’s incompetence, or is it by some malevolent design? Regardless of how one may view the mentally fermented knucklehead, it’s probably out of the Big Guy’s hands. It’s not some well-guarded secret that the President of the United States is more often than not a mascot for the foreign policy wizards and international super-elite. That creepy investment goblin Charles Schwab coupled with the hellbound vampires of the Davos crowd and the World Economic Forum have decreed that the world must move toward a “Great Reset”. The combined powers of COVID and the Green New Deal appear to some as engineered weapons of mass economic destruction, and have been speculated to be evidence of an orchestrated economic crash; a lot of doomsayers are already hearing the international dream-devouring apparatus jingling the keys to a Pandora’s box of global dominance.

The term “Great Reset” appears, with separate connotations, in both the seedy conspiracy forum underground as well as the pages of Forbes and Business Insider; but what is it really? Would the everyday Joe ever be permitted to truly understand the inner workings and primary beneficiaries of such a monumental shift in society? I suppose it goes without saying that the human family has collectively shat the bed when it comes to being responsible stewards of planet Earth. I could never argue the fact that our world is in need of some drastic changes. However, if these heralds of a Great Reset are to be the ones to dictate these changes, then the casual observer would be hard-pressed envisioning an outcome where those bloodsuckers at the top don’t attempt to consolidate power at the common folk’s expense.

Who’s to say!? I may be a little paranoid but I’m no doomsayer. No matter what happens from here on out, I truly believe that the human spirit will rise to the occasion and continue stumbling towards freedom.

Waking in the Great Dream

Waves of bliss
the ego melts
into the true self.
scattered flames flutter
back to their fractured origin
back to the outlaw in the underground,
who caught a glimpse of god
peeking up the skirt of the cosmos.

Now acquainted with the source.
He saw it in himself,
and in everything else.
 He found in time
His misery was an inside job
A September 11th of the mind.

The soul remembers
what the body never knew;
that we are but fragments
of the one splintered source,
A single thread
in a vast web
of endless dreaming.

“Los Angeles can seem glamorous to artistic young hopefuls and small-town discontents, but it may come as no surprise to most that the city of angels was just a glorified den of inequities. The vibrations in that place were decidedly low; fear, self importance, and a weird sense of looming bloodlust filled the air everywhere you went except when hiking deep in the hills, where the possibility of being carried off by a mountain cat and never returning was the best you could hope for.

I hadn’t been in LA more than a few months but in that time I felt as though I’d aged well over a decade. Even then, before the shit really started to rain, I somehow knew that place would kill me if I lingered too long. One morning in particular I thought my number was up as I rushed out the door only to trip over Old Red, a local wino who was barely conscious after a night of god knows what. His hand was stuffed deep into the recesses of his grimy jeans and his colostomy bag was plopped out onto one of the steps he’d fallen asleep on.

“Hey there sexy, where’re you off to in such a rush?” His voice sounded like a garbage disposal.

“No time to flirt Red, duty calls.” I lied.

“You can’t run your whole life baby, ought to learn how to take her slow like old Red, heheh.”

He always had something sexually invasive to say to Hermes and I, but on this day he seemed to be waxing philosophical. Red looked like a cross between a hardened biker and a Scottish highlander who had been around the block one too many times.

Most people in LA would look on Red as some kind of miscreant or wrong-doer, but I’d never witnessed the man doing harm to anyone but himself. The real devils here were the crooks profiting from his plight while maintaining a veneer of social justice.

When you see homelessness declining in other parts of the country you can almost always be sure the homeless population is proliferating in places like LA. It’s a controversial topic, but in many cases the homeless crisis is actually encouraged and exacerbated by individuals and groups that profit through social programs and government positions. The very same people claiming to be able to fix the crisis continue to hold their hands out for state and federal funds — placing their value on how much public funding they can raise and spread around to campaign donors instead of results.

“‘I hate to leave ya hanging Red, but as I said; duty calls. I’ll hose ya down when I get back tonight if you’ll be around.’ He was muttering something but I scrammed before he could finish his thought.”

The Biden Era soon proved to be one of the most plentiful gold mines of political comedy ever to be dropped into the lap of the columnist or commentator, but most of the poor sap journos were too invested in convincing themselves and everyone around them that his administration is somehow legitimate and not just some grim puppet show.”

“The state of the world was bleak, an international criminal plutocracy backed by the World Bank ruled uncontested, but they still played out the whole kabuki theatre of our democracy in the media for the poor bastards who couldn’t face reality… As far as I was concerned, the world was run by a close knit fraternity of sociopaths with shared goals, who easily moved between corporate boards and government positions. The kind of people who laugh at the communism/capitalism argument, knowing full well that they will remain at the top of the food chain regardless. If any change ever really occurred, you could bet your bare ass it would be on their terms and for their benefit.
