The CDC Walks Back Monkeypox Mask Guidance After Criticism

Yesterday we reported that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) upgraded the monkeypox alert to level 2, advising travelers to practice enhanced precautions, including wearing a mask. Now, the CDC’s removed the mask guidance from its Monkeypox travel notice.

After the initial report, the CDC was widely criticized by medical professionals and the Media for the confusing policy.

On Tuesday, a CDC spokesperson confirmed they removed the mask recommendation to avoid “confusion.”

“Late yesterday, CDC removed the mask recommendation from the monkeypox Travel Health Notice because it caused confusion,” a CDC spokesperson claimed.

When the report first came to our attention, Vigilant News looked into the opinions of medical professionals such as Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Peter McCullough. As we reported last week, just like event 201 with COVID, the Nuclear Threat Initiative ran table-top exercises or “germ games” specifically for a Monkeypox outbreak starting in mid-May. What a wild coincidence!

Dr. Robert Malone and RFK Jr. are hip to the exercise:

Tuesday evening, Vigilant News interviewed Clay Clark and Aaron Antis of the Reawaken America tour, and they also provided ample supporting evidence that this outbreak was planned.
